What to include

• Your name and your role: business owner, license holder or town official.
• The page with the entry, and what is wrong with it.
• For a business, its registration as the Board shows it. For a town, a link to the current code.

License holders

If your name appears as a license holder, you can ask for your entry to be reviewed. We show license holders as the state records them, so a change to the state record may be needed first.

Complaints about a business

Complaints about a registered business go to the Board. Use its complaint form.
